Help Needed to Identify this Person

Transit Crime Investigation Unit are seeking public assistance to identify a man after he performed a lewd act on a Mernda line train on Saturday, 2 June 2020. At approximately 11.25pm, the offender boarded a city bound train at Bell Railway Station. He performed a lewd act before departing the train at Flinders Street Station.
