Impound on Edgars Road, Epping

Greensborough Highway Patrol have impounded a vehicle after it was detected allegedly speeding in Epping this morning.

Officers detected the black Ford Focus travelling on Edgars Road at an alleged 107km/h in a 70km/h zone about 12.30am.

The 20-year-old Wollert man’s probationary licence was suspended at the time he was intercepted, and his car has been impounded for 30 days at a cost of $884.00.

He will be charged on summons with traffic related offences.
